How long is my rate guaranteed?

Your rate is guaranteed for the length of your relationship with PayClarity, regardless of volume decreases.
 

Is there a contract term? Length?

We do not lock our clients into long-term contracts with outrageous early termination fees. All our agreements are month-to-month and businesses can make a switch at any time without penalty.
 

Will I have online access to deposit, debit, statements, etc?

Yes. Free demos are available prior to enrollment.
 

Do I need to purchase or lease a new equipment?

Our processing solutions are able to integrate with virtually every existing point-of-sale and terminal solution on the market today. We take the lead to get the conversion completed with your local POS dealer in a timely and efficient manner. Should the system in place be a proprietary solution, we have options to replace it with an up-to-date and comprehensive solution.
 

Can you provide a written proposal that documents any savings you can provide?

An apples-to-apples analysis and side-by-side rate comparison is provided for every prospective client. All proposals are good for 10 business days after receipt.
 

Payroll Questions
 


Will you provide a single point of contact for payroll questions/concerns? Will I work with the same customer service rep every time I need something?

Yes. You’ll receive support from a single point of contact that knows your name and is just an email or call away.
 

Will I have online access to report wages, view reports, add employees, etc?

Yes. Free demos are available prior to enrollment.
 

How long are our processing fees guaranteed?

Your base rate and per-employee fee are both guaranteed for the length of your relationship with PayClarity, regardless of employee increases or decreases.
 

Is there a contract term? If so, what is the penalty to terminate early?

What is the setup process like and how long until I will be able to run my first payroll?

Typically, clients can run their first payroll 7 – 10 days after all required data has been collected. We have a three-step conversion process.

1. A New Account Onboarding Specialist assists in gathering employee and company information such as tax account numbers and YTD info.

2. Our Conversion Specialist then works with the client to train them on the payroll portal as well as run the first payroll.

3. Clients are then assigned their permanent Payroll Specialist to work with going forward.

Are your POS solutions proprietary or can I use any processing company I choose?

All our point-of-sale and terminal solutions are open-sourced and can be used on any processor’s platform. We do not hold our clients hostage once the equipment is purchased.
 

Can I use my existing POS/terminal, or do I need to purchase new equipment?

Yes. A cloud-based POS system allows you to access your reports data from wherever you are. It’s also scalable and offers significantly lower infrastructure costs.
